Job Title: Forklift Operator / Material Handler
Schedule: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Overtime: Required as needed
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Forklift Operator/Material Handler to assist with daily warehouse and shop operations. This position will primarily unload semi-trucks, move materials throughout the shop, and assist with loading and unloading as needed. The ideal candidate must be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working an early morning schedule.
Job Duties
- Operate a forklift safely to move materials throughout the shop
- Load and unload semi-trucks
- Receive and stage incoming materials
- Move materials to designated areas
- Handle simple paperwork provided by drivers and deliver it to the front office
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures
- Wear required PPE at all times
- Work overtime as required
Requirements
- Forklift operating experience
- Material handling and loading/unloading experience
- Able to work 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Must be available for required overtime
- Able to complete and handle basic paperwork
- Dependable and punctual
- Must comply with all PPE and safety requirements
