YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

As the Bartender, you will serve and present great customer service by providing information to help with food and beverage selections, creating and presenting order selections, and maintain a great dining experience by promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere.

As the Food Runner, you are responsible for working with the Expo to deliver food to the proper tables and positions, as well as assist the bartenders with ice refill, glassware and other necessities, clearing tables as soon as customers leave the restaurant, and work closely with dishwashers to ensure that there are always clean plates and flatware available for each table.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Collaborate with waitstaff to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and waiting for the next party
• Arrange tables for large parties and prepare the banquet hall for scheduled gatherings
• Observe tables and alert servers if guest needs anything
• Deliver food to the correct tables and positions
• Communicate with guests to ensure proper meal has been served
• Communicate with expo/server any customer issues
• Assist the bartenders in restocking the bar through the shift

Requirements

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• You have basic math skills and legible handwriting
• You can work well in a team
• You have strong customer service and oral communication skills
• You are able to regularly talk and hear
• You are comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching
• You are able to occasionally lift products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Protective Clothing Required: Non-slip shoes

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization (required).
