Join Trane Technologies in a customer-facing sales role where you will combine technical expertise with business development to grow our rental solutions business. You will work across functions, build strong customer relationships, and help deliver tailored cold storage and chiller solutions that meet customer needs.

 

What you will do

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for container cold storage and chiller rental solutions across multiple industries.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, maintain customers’ data, and support sales planning and forecasting.
• Advise customers on the right technical solutions based on their operational needs and site requirements.
• Conduct customer visits and assessments to prepare accurate and effective rental proposals.
• Work closely with engineering, service technicians, rental coordinators, and sales teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions.
• Provide ongoing customer support, including follow-up, issue resolution, and after-sales coordination.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve sales performance.

 

What you will bring

• Experience in sales, ideally in refrigeration, cold storage, or rental solutions.
• Good technical understanding of refrigeration systems; installation knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Self-motivation, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• English – minimum intermediate level; Czech – fluent.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
