Since 1946, Capitol Group has been a leading distributor of plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products in Illinois and Missouri.
If you are Interested in the opportunity to work for a growing company that is family owned and respected, we are seeking a customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to support our customers with product selection, purchasing, and order fulfillment. This position plays an important role in increasing sales and customer satisfaction by providing knowledgeable, responsive service to customers at the counter and over the phone. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes initiative to identify sales opportunities, and is committed to helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday
7:30am - 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
~Provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
~Explain product features and benefits.
~Recommend complementary products and alternatives that meet customer needs.
~Prepare sales tickets, research credits and returns, and assist with payment-related inquiries.
Requirements:
~Strong customer service and communication skills.
~Strong attention to detail when preparing customer transactions.
~Ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
~High school diploma and experience in wholesale distribution
~Sales, pricing, or customer service experience
Pay Scale:
$36.00 per hour
Up to $3000 per month bonus
