About the role
Four Seasons at The Surf Club is seeking an individual who shares our passion for excellence and is committed to creating memorable experiences for both our employees and our guests. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, high integrity, attention to detail, cultural awareness, and a guest-centric mindset. 

What you will do

• Ensure proper application of visual identity throughout the hotel and outlets. 

• Coordinate and create/design promotional items, newsletters, and seasonal brochures. 

• Assist in coordinating photo and video shoots. 

• Support sales, catering, and reservations teams by reviewing sales materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and hotel positioning.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a service mindset tailored to a high-end clientele. 

• Strong stress management skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

• Team player with autonomy, resourcefulness, and a consistently professional attitude.
