We are looking for a Business Systems Consultant - SAP (FICO)/TES to join our Finance IT team in Munich. Curious what this role is all about? Let's dive right in:

• You will configure and maintain our SAP Finance modules - covering G/L, A/R, A/P, Asset Accounting, and Banking - ensuring our financial backbone is always solid and compliant.
• You will be our go-to expert for the Travel & Expense System (TES) and E-Invoicing solutions, keeping everything running smoothly across our European entities.
• You will champion EU-wide compliance standards such as EN 16931 and Peppol, while navigating country-specific mandates like Italy SDI, Germany XRechnung, France PPF, and Poland KSeF.
• You will coordinate end-to-end integrations between SAP, TES, e-invoicing platforms, BPM/OA workflow systems, and external authorities - making sure all the pieces talk to each other seamlessly.
• You will provide 2nd-level support for Finance systems, resolve data issues, and drive process optimisation during period-end and year-end closing cycles.
• You will spot automation opportunities and turn them into real efficiency gains for our Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams.

Your profile

All right, all right - that was quite the adventure, wasn't it? Now, in order to truly fit into this role and thrive here for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI/CO), and you know your way around G/L, A/P, A/R, and Asset Accounting like a seasoned navigator.
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Accounting, or a related field.
• You have solid knowledge of Travel & Expense systems (SAP Concur or similar) and are comfortable supporting users across multiple countries.
• You are familiar with E-Invoicing compliance frameworks and country-specific regulations across the EU - this is a genuine differentiator for you.
• You communicate confidently in both Chinese and English at C1 level (written and spoken); German at B2 or above is a strong plus.
• You are structured, proactive, and equally comfortable working independently or as part of a cross-functional, multinational team - with a service-oriented mindset that makes colleagues genuinely enjoy working with you.
