Performs post-closing, escrow and/or title functions and other related functions to assist agency operations in servicing clientele.Essential Functions
- Provide a wide range of support to assigned area
- Prepare files
- Review and audit documents for compliance and accuracy
- Ensure that files are complete and obtain missing documents
- Track status
- Prepare policies
- Document recordings
- Prepare escrow disbursements
- Follow functional area’s processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoot as needed and recommend suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations
- Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives
Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used
- Working knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of department/field
