Practice Supervisor – OBGYN – Hartsdale/Yonkers - Day

 

As a Practice Supervisor, you will help mentor, inspire and engage staff.  In collaboration with the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all clerical staff and services.  You will organize and direct the workflow in the department and assign work appropriately to staff in order to ensure optimal patient-centered care. The Practice Supervisor will assist with developing patient-focused solutions to influence the overall delivery of care and services to our patients while overseeing the operational, financial and quality of the practice.  Transform your life and career in this continuously evolving role. This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, day shift (8:00am – 5:00PM) position at NYP Westchester Medical Group.

The individual must demonstrate flexibility, as they may be expected to provide coverage not only for the current team at this location but also at other Westchester Medical Group locations when/if needed.

 

Primary Locations include:

• 141 S. Central Ave. Suite 205 Hartsdale, NY

• 2510 Westchester Ave, Bronx, NY (Off of the Hutchinson River Parkway)

• 984 N. Broadway, 3rd Floor Ste. 300, Yonkers, NY

 

Preferred Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Previous supervisory experience.

• Knowledgeable of all aspects of billing, excel, meditech.

• Knowledgeable of KRONOS/UKG.

• Knowledgeable of Workday.

• Knowledge of EMR – EPIC.

 

Required Criteria:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent related work experience

• 1-3 years’ work experience
