This position is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Annual Salary: $34,999.65 plus full state employee benefits

Job-related travel is occasional. - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

This position is a full-time position in an office setting. 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Requirements at this level consist of 24 months of clerical office experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Serves as the Navigator at reception by assisting customers with inquiries, answering general questions, entering and retrieving client information in the computer, and uploading documents
  timely and accurately.
• Demonstrate the ability to handle difficult situations with respect and courtesy.
• Serves as the EBT clerk.
• Make appropriate program referrals to community resources.
• Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, ensuring that inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and promptly.
• Participate in individual and staff conferences.
• Must attend all mandatory trainings associated with the position.
• Writes, presents, and interprets information in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
• Maintain compliance with Adult and Family Services business processes, policies, and standards.
• Performing various backup duties as required.
