Drive Tech ADAS is a rapidly growing mobile automotive technology company specializing in ADAS calibrations, diagnostics, and mechanical services for the collision repair industry. We provide dealership-level service directly to our customers through our mobile technician network.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated Mobile Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality work, can operate independently, and wants the opportunity to earn at a high level based on skill and performance.
As a Mobile Technician, you will perform mechanical repairs, diagnostics, and related automotive services at customer locations. This position requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage daily responsibilities without constant supervision.
- Perform mobile automotive mechanical repairs and diagnostic services.
- Diagnose vehicle concerns using scan tools, service information, and repair experience.
- Perform suspension, steering, electrical, mechanical, and general automotive repairs.
- Assist with ADAS-related repairs and calibration preparation.
- Follow OEM procedures and repair guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with collision centers and customers.
- Maintain an organized service vehicle and equipment.
- Complete accurate documentation of all work performed.
- Manage daily workload efficiently and meet productivity expectations.
- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive mechanical experience.
- Own professional basic tool set: hand tools, sockets and wrenches, impact tools, ratcheting wrenches, and specialty tools commonly needed for mechanical repairs.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile environment.
- Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems.
- Dependable, organized, and professional.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Available Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM with availability until approximately 5:30–6:00 PM as needed.
- Dealership or high-level independent repair experience.
- Electrical diagnostics.
- Scan tool operation.
- Collision repair industry experience.
- ADAS calibration knowledge (training available for the right technician).
- $80,000–$125,000+ earning potential based on experience, skill level, and production.
- Monday–Friday schedule — no weekends.
