Prescott News Network is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator Trainee (NIGHTS) to support production operations in a fast-paced newspaper manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining assembly line equipment while helping ensure production deadlines are met efficiently. Comprehensive on-the-job training and a structured pay progression program are provided for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.

Requirements
- Set up, operate, and maintain assembly line and production equipment
- Monitor production processes to support efficiency and quality standards
- Assist in meeting daily production deadlines and workflow goals
- Perform basic equipment adjustments and troubleshooting as needed
- Operate a forklift safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders and safely operate a forklift
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
