JOB SUMMARY

The candidate for this job needs to have cash handling experience and good customer service skills, and will perform a variety of customer service duties as well as processing transactions and cross-selling products and services. The candidate for this job needs to have a high comfort level working with other people, both internally and externally.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

· Processing Checking, Savings, Loan and Credit Card transactions

· Maintaining a cash drawer within guidelines

· Responding to customers’ needs in various ways while cross selling bank products and promoting bank services

· May assist in maintaining the branch vault

· May assist in maintaining the branch ATM

· May open and close branch

· Maintain a professional level of appearance and attitude on a daily basis

· By virtue of work flow may be required to perform other duties as needed

SKILLS NEEDED ARE:

· Good internal and external customer service skills

· Good organizational skills

· Cash handling experience

· Team player

· Office machine skills (Computer, copier, fax etc.)

· ­Ability to understand and explain all retail products and services in order to sell

· Bank products and services, and to respond to customer inquiries, with an ability to meet the customer’s needs

· At least 90 days in current position required
