Specific Responsibilities Would Include:
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage handbag merchandiser team.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's professional growth and development.
- Develop and execute handbags merchandising strategy, Collaborate with the team to analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to shape the strategy.
- Work closely with design and the team to plan handbag collections that align with the brand's vision.
- Oversee the team's efforts in determining the pricing strategies, and SKU allocation.
- Oversee the team's efforts in establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Participate in negotiations and key decisions related to terms, pricing, and quality standards.
- Guide the team input and analyzing data, Review and contribute to regular reports.
- Foster collaboration between teams to align efforts and achieve business goals.

Additional Requirements
- Proven working experience in merchandising field.
- Knowledge of Handbag manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for product presentation and visual aesthetics.
- Up to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for working across diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe products,
