Overview
As an Internal Audit Senior Specialist at Wise, you'll support the internal audit process for Wise entities in North America and global audits with North American specific scope. Your main responsibilities include supporting the creation and delivery of the audit universe, risk assessment and audit plan, implementing the internal audit assurance framework, and delivering audits per the audit plan. You'll integrate into a strong internal audit team, monitor implementation of audit recommendations, and develop relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires proven experience in risk, control or assurance, familiarity with the North American regulatory landscape, and experience in technology, fintech or financial services industries. You must be able to work independently and solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
