Overview
Maintain and troubleshoot PLC and automation systems in a beverage manufacturing environment. Work first shift (6 AM to 2:30 PM) with eligibility for a $3,500 sign-on bonus. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment failures, maintaining and upgrading production equipment, diagnosing PLC issues, calibrating equipment, assisting with system upgrades, and training team members. Must be proficient in RS Logix 5000/500 software, able to go online with various PLC systems, read electrical schematics, use multimeters, and work with control panels up to 480VAC. Requires knowledge of VFDs and Panelview devices.
