Description
Our client is looking for an experienced IT project leader to drive complex, cross-boundary technology initiatives across application development, migration, infrastructure, and business transformation.
Responsibilities

Lead and deliver multiple IT projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Oversee application development, application migration, and infrastructure operation projects.

Align project outcomes with business objectives through close collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.

Manage project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and vendor spend.

Drive multi-vendor management, tender/RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, and contract outcomes.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity standards.

Define and promote project management methodologies and best practices across the team.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; project management certification is an advantage

At least 8 years’ project management experience in IT, covering application development, migration and/or infrastructure initiatives.

Proven track record managing multiple projects of varying size and complexity.

Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with experience engaging senior management.

Hands-on experience with procurement processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP) and vendor governance.

Good understanding of project governance, risk, compliance, and cybersecurity considerations
