Junior Development Chef – Michelin-Level Product Development
Full-Time | Daytime Hours | £39,000 per annum

Location Berkshire - Car Driver/Transport Owner preferred due to location. 

We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Junior Development Chef to join our product development team, creating exceptional Michelin-level food concepts in a fast-paced and creative environment.

This is a rare opportunity for a talented chef who wants to move beyond service and into innovation, working daytime hours while developing high-end products to the highest culinary standards.

The Role

Working alongside senior development chefs and culinary leadership, you will help create, refine, and launch premium products with a strong focus on quality, flavour, presentation, and consistency.

You’ll be involved in:

• Product development from concept through to launch

• Recipe testing, refinement, and documentation

• Trend research and ingredient sourcing

• Tastings and product presentations

• Ensuring Michelin-level standards across all development work

• Supporting kitchen trials and production handovers

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in high-end kitchens, ideally Michelin-starred or Rosette environments

• A genuine passion for food innovation and development

• Strong attention to detail and presentation

• Organised, proactive, and eager to learn

• Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team

• Understanding of food trends, ingredients, and modern techniques
