Location: New York, Texas, or Colorado (On-site)
Company Stage of Funding: Early-Stage (Seed / Series A)
Office Type: Onsite with ~20% travel
Salary: $160,000 – $200,000 base + equity

Starting with the home health market, they are reimagining the operational backbone of healthcare—using AI to automate administrative workflows, improve care delivery, and unlock significant efficiency gains across the system.

What You Will Do

Own high-impact operational domains end-to-end, focusing on workflows that directly impact care delivery and revenue

Analyze and map complex real-world processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability

Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate operational challenges into clear, actionable requirements

Drive prioritization of operational initiatives that determine how the business scales and which patients can be served

Partner with clinicians, operators, and internal stakeholders to understand workflows and optimize execution

Build systems and processes that improve the economics and performance of care delivery

Lead special projects across operations, product, and strategy in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Contribute to shaping the company’s long-term operating model and growth strategy
Ideal Candidate Background

1–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-velocity startup roles

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex systems

Experience working on ambiguous, high-impact projects with measurable outcomes

Demonstrated ability to execute, not just strategize

Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
