What You Will Do

• Own high-impact operational domains end-to-end, focusing on workflows that directly impact care delivery and revenue

• Analyze and map complex real-world processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate operational challenges into clear, actionable requirements

• Drive prioritization of operational initiatives that determine how the business scales and which patients can be served

• Partner with clinicians, operators, and internal stakeholders to understand workflows and optimize execution

• Build systems and processes that improve the economics and performance of care delivery

• Lead special projects across operations, product, and strategy in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Contribute to shaping the company’s long-term operating model and growth strategy

Ideal Candidate Background

• 1–4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or high-velocity startup roles

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex systems

• Experience working on ambiguous, high-impact projects with measurable outcomes

• Demonstrated ability to execute, not just strategize

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

• High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently

• Experience in healthcare, operations, or workflow optimization

• Background working closely with product and engineering teams

• Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven systems

• Experience in early-stage startups or fast-growing environments
