Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit an Executive Director of Research - Autism Center of Excellence for their client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.We are looking for experienced mental health professionals with a minimum of 20 years experience in a leadership role within Autism care for a large mental health research organization.The Executive Director will be responsible for developing a world -class Autism Centre of Excellence and establish capabilities and launch new initiatives for people with autism.You would setup the center as a leader in autism care and a central source of excellence for autism care.Lead the development and oversight of clinical service models, ASD policy, and standardized care pathways, provide specialized multidisciplinary, therapeutic services, individualized intervention, life skills, school transition support, and family empowerment, oversee workforce development through structured training, certification, and fellowship programs, oversee physical and technology infrastructure development across the system.Promote research and innovation in autism spectrum disorder and digital solutions.You would also develop and implement a robust strategy to achieve the vision for excellence in autism care, evaluate and elevate the operational excellence and overall performance of the autism care network, strategic audit of all functions, including patient care delivery, clinical functions, research and innovation, awareness building and strategic communication etc.Design transformation program for existing departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the patient experience, identify and engage leading institutions around the world as strategic partners, establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve operational performance.The ideal candidate must have proven experience in leading a reputed chain of autism centers as a center of excellence.
Salary : SAR 100,000 per month plus family benefits (mentioned salary is indicative.Offered salary will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate)
