What You’ll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily intake of vehicles for servicing and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Responsible for daily intake of cars for servicing.
Always ensure and uphold service image.
Assisting in achieving higher service levels through various action plans constantly implemented.
Assisting a group of front counter staff and maintaining their team spirits and positive thinking and teamwork.
Ensuring administration work is done promptly, warranty claims, internal accounts, WIP reports, cash debtors, monthly target of VOC scores, etc.
Perform invoice closing.
Preparation of quotation when required.
Provide excellent customer service to customers.
Actively deliver good results from VOC survey with strong response rate and promoter scores.
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or the automobile industry.
NITEC in Light Vehicles or Diploma in any discipline (Engineering preferred)
Valid Class 3 driving licence
Strong customer service background, prior experience in the Automobile industry is an advantage
