Job Title: Senior Technician

A Senior Field Technician often operates in a leadership capacity, requiring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects and teams effectively. 

• Implements projects, including the activities of all participants involved in projects.
• Open minded, listens and evaluates others input to successfully implement projects. 
• Provides training and technical assistance in projects assigned.
• Prepares supplies, equipment and paperwork for projects. 
• Communicates with customer Project Manager once job is assigned.
• Can perform pre-job site walks with customers.
• Responsible for workflow, record keeping on and offsite, tools and vehicle maintenance.
• Be proficient and able to follow SOPs accordingly.
• Ensure the expectation of quality is being carried out on jobsites per SOP.
• Maintains client confidence and protects operations. 
• Collaborates with co-workers in program design and delivery.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Works with a positive attitude and adapts to learning new things. 
• Regular attendance and punctuality is a requirement for this position.
• Must always maintain a professional and courteous manner. 
• Ability to work harmoniously with other employees and customers. 
• Drive defensively on PurgeRite time including jobsites. 
• Follows and helps enforce PurgeRite safety procedures onsite and at shop.
• Provides input on participant attendance and evaluates performance.
• Responsible for writing quality flush reports.
• Can read and comprehend flush plan for assigned job.
• Understands and can balance a system.
• Can complete a job start to finish independently. 
• All other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Travel out of state required up to 60% of the year
• High school diploma or equivalent required plus one-year practical training or education in field related project.
• Must have 2 - 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Must have valid drivers license and maintain a safe and insurable driving record
• Must be able to pass drug tests as well as background checks. 
• 21 Years of age
• Good communication skills
• OSHA 30 certified a plus!
• CDL A License a plus!

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Must have knowledge in specific project area. Ability to provide training and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
