Description
A Loan Processor assists the Loan Operation Processing Team with processing commercial and consumer loans ensuring compliance with Blue Sky Bank’s loan policy and all regulatory requirements.
Primary Responsibilities as of a Loan Processor at Blue Sky Bank:
- Process and prepares commercial, consumer, and real estate loans using Laser Pro and Decision Pro.
- Order real estate title work, real estate flood certificates, and credit reports.
- Order Appraisals and Appraisal Reviews as necessary.
- Monitor transactions for loan policy exceptions prior to producing documents.
- Coordinate with title companies for real estate closings.
- Initiate funding entries for loan disbursements.
- Review of UCC/EFS searches and complete all necessary UCC/EFS filings.
- Complete filing of mortgages and deed of trusts.
- Complete filing of bank lien for titled collateral.
- Upload and scan closed loans to core and fund.
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
A Loan Processor at Blue Sky Bank will have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or other business-related fields (preferred).
- 3-5 years of loan processing experience.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of loan processing.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail.
- Strong time management skills to meet all deadlines.
- Communication Proficiency.

- Excellent customer service skills.
