Position Overview:
This is a part-time seasonal position at the RBC Amphitheater in Toronto, Ontario, however, many weeks will likely contain full-time hours. Employment will last until mid to late October and the hours will vary weekly.
Listed are some of the key responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate:
- Complete deliveries by processing and loading orders.
- Heavy lifting (up to 50lbs) and strenuous tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible for Warehouse functions including, but not limited to unloading and unpacking shipments, pulling orders, and stocking locations before, during, and after each event.
- Maintain equipment and tools by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging repairs.
- Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and writing requests.
- Provide quality service by following organization standards.
- Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations neat.
- Promote clean shipping supply areas by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Required to count copious amounts of inventory monthly accurately and efficiently and/or when requested.
- Set up and transfer mobile service locations before, during, and after events.
Required Qualifications:
- Must have the ability to work with a team and strong communication skills.
- Valid Smart Serve Required.
- Steel toed safety shoes are mandatory.
pay rate: $19.75 per hour
