Senior QA Test Analyst: Key Profile
Core Responsibilities

End-to-End Testing: Lead quality assurance for eCommerce platforms (SAP Hybris) across web and mobile.

Test Strategy: Design, execute, and document test plans and scenarios within Azure DevOps.

Functional Validation: Verify critical retail paths (product catalog, cart, checkout, payments, and order management).

Defect Lifecycle: Log, track, and manage defects from identification through to verified resolution.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with developers and product owners to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Mentorship: Drive QA best practices and provide guidance to junior team members.
