Are you an experienced Agile practitioner passionate about transforming team dynamics and accelerating delivery flow? We have an exceptional 12-month contract opportunity based in Bellville, Cape Town, working within a dynamic hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days remote). You will step into a pivotal role, acting as the primary enabler for multiple delivery teams navigating a large-scale Agile landscape. This is more than just running ceremonies; it's about deep coaching, removing systemic impediments, and building strong partnerships between business strategy and technology execution. If you excel at fostering collaboration, driving accountability, and continuously seeking better ways of working, this role offers the scope to make a measurable impact.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of dedicated experience functioning as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Lead.
- Demonstrable, strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Proven experience operating within scaled Agile frameworks or large enterprise delivery environments.
- Exceptional skills in facilitation, coaching, and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- A clear history of successfully managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and handling competing priorities under pressure.
- Practical experience utilising tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
