Position Title: Project Engineer (Marine & Offshore)
Working Location: Pioneer Sector 1
Working Hours: 5.5 Days (Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth execution of marine and offshore projects.
Work closely with clients to understand and define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring they align with business goals.
Assign tasks to internal teams and help manage schedules to improve project timelines and resource use.
Oversee procurement to ensure materials and services are acquired on time, staying within budget and maintaining quality.
Monitor project progress regularly, identify and address issues early to prevent delays and risks.
Serve as the main point of contact, providing clear updates on project status to all stakeholders.
Work with the Project Manager to align project execution with strategic goals and operational standards.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans and reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.

Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Basic knowledge of the Oil & Gas and Marine industries.
At least 3 years of experience managing projects in the marine, offshore, oil, and gas sectors.
