In this position, you will play a critical role in assessing the financial operations and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations within our organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough audits of financial records and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency.Prepare detailed reports of audit findings and present them to management.Collaborate with various departments to implement audit recommendations and monitor progress.Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure the company’s adherence.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in auditing or a similar role.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Nice to haveProfessional certification such as CPA or CIA is preferred.Experience with audit software and financial analysis tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
