We’re hiring: Associate/Vice President Technical – Aviation
Our client, a leading international aircraft leasing platform, is looking to hire an Associate/Vice President Technical to support a global portfolio of narrowbody aircraft.
Location: The Hague/ Dublin
The Role
A highly commercial technical position bridging engineering, leasing, and transactions, with strong exposure to acquisitions, transitions, and portfolio strategy.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical activities across acquisitions, deliveries, redeliveries & repossessions
• Conduct technical due diligence and asset inspections
• Review aircraft records & maintenance status
• Support lease negotiations from a technical risk perspective
• Partner with Commercial, Legal & Finance teams on transactions
👤 Ideal Profile
• Licensed Aircraft Engineer (B1/B2) or equivalent
• 8+ years’ aviation technical experience (leasing / airline / MRO)
• Strong exposure to aircraft transitions, records & lease agreements
• Commercial mindset with strong stakeholder management
