💵 Pay & Career Growth

• Training Pay: $850 per week during training

• Realistic Annual Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000+ once fully trained

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers

• Diagnose and solve mechanical and electrical issues with confidence

• Deliver 5-star customer service with professionalism and empathy

• Keep accurate documentation with notes, diagrams, and photos

• Ensure all work meets top safety standards

• Recommend upgrades and services when appropriate (solutions, not pushy sales)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
