Chef De Partie – Gastropub

We are delighted to continue collaborating with an excellent group of gastropubs. One of their luxurious properties, a free house with rooms set in the stunning scenery of the Cotswolds, is looking for a Chef De Partie to join their talented kitchen brigade.

You will need to be able to drive due to the location of the property.

You’ll be wondering what’s in it for you as a Chef De Partie….

• £32,000 per annum plus £8,000 service charge
• Working 48 hours per week
• Cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
• Working alongside a highly skilled team

Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie….

• Creating a variety of high-quality dishes from an ever-changing, seasonal menu
• Making the most of the gastropub’s access to the very best, locally sourced ingredients
• Going above and beyond to perfect your culinary skills and techniques
• Showcasing excellent communication skills and working well alongside others

This presents an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced kitchen brigade who are willing to pass on their culinary expertise as you craft an array of seasonal dishes from their ever-changing menu.
