Description
KITE Search is currently working with a leading International Design Consultancy who have a strong footprint across Asia. They are well respected globally and are well known for their design excellence and catalog of award winning projects. Due to an influx of new projects in Hong Kong they are looking to grow their current team and are looking for Senior / Architects to oversee design and/or project management.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to execute the projects from delivering design concept to project completion
- Strong and efficient in producing concept design, schematic design, presentation drawings, details design and construction details
- Determine project design specifications and provide information regarding the usage of materials in the construction
- Assist in cost control, work scheduling, project supervision, material requisitions and documentation
- Review design proposals, tender / contract documentation and reports
- Demonstrate sound leadership skill in team management and ensure the project/design quality scheduling and execution
- Communicate and coordinate with other consultants, contractors and vendors
Requirements
- Experienced Architect with minimum 5 years post-qualification
- Experience in Healthcare /Medical projects experience preferred
- Familiar with Architectural statutory requirements
- Strong in contract administration and coordination
- Strong communication and fluency in English
