Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Production Supervisor – Production Support located in Jiading, Shanghai.

This position will be responsible for managing production training systems, supporting production material procurement activities, conducting work order variance analysis, maintaining manufacturing data accuracy, and driving operational excellence through effective coordination and continuous improvement initiatives.

What a typical day looks like:

Training Management

• Manage operator training, certification, and qualification programs.
• Maintain skill matrix and training records.
• Monitor training completion and workforce competency development.

Work Order & Data Analysis

• Analyze work order variances, material consumption, scrap, and inventory discrepancies.
• Generate weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Drive corrective actions to improve data accuracy and process efficiency.

Production Purchasing Support

• Create and follow up Purchase Requisitions (PR) for production-related materials.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams.
• Ensure timely availability of consumables, tooling, and indirect materials.

Operational Support

• Maintain production KPI reports and dashboards.
• Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement activities.
• Assist management with operational reviews and performance reporting.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Familiar with SAP, MES, or ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Good English reading and writing skills preferred。
