Description
We are seeking a Software Engineer Intern (Data Analysis) to join our high-tech R&D and engineering team on a 1-year contract basis. This role provides hands-on experience working with machine and production data that supports the development, validation, and continuous improvement of next-generation semiconductor equipment.
Fresh graduates and candidates with limited industry experience are welcome to apply. We are looking for individuals with strong analytical skills, a passion for technology, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic engineering environment.
What you will do:
Develop tools for collecting, cleaning, validating and organizing machines and production data.
Implement automated data-quality checks to identify missing, inconsistent, duplicated or abnormal records.
Build dataset preparation and annotation workflows supporting controlled AI development and system verification.
Maintain traceability between source data, processed datasets, software configurations and evaluation results.
Develop data-review utilities and generate data-quality reports for technical validation.
What you will need:
Fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, AI or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Python and SQL, with knowledge of structured and time-series data processing.
Familiarity with databases, data transformation, dataset versioning and automated data-validation techniques.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and technical-documentation skills.
