We are looking for a Data Governance Delivery Manager to join our Digital Factory team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate and experienced in building and managing high-performing teams that people love to work in, and someone who will relish the challenge of taking the lead on one of our key development streams.
In this role you will provide day-to-day delivery focussed leadership, supplier management, coordination to achieve project goals, input into product strategy, and development of your team. We’re looking for a manager who can bring technical specialists together in a cross-functional team to deliver multiple projects supporting our strategic goals.
You’ll be highly driven and delivery-focussed, constantly driving for automation and continuous improvement. You’ll be enthusiastic about developing, supporting, and encouraging people to develop to their full potential, to be at their best, and to enjoy their jobs.
What you will be doing:
- Delivery oversight and accountability for digital products.
- Deliver projects, products, and services using appropriate management methodologies, while providing constant visibility of work in progress, planned work, and other key metrics.
- Effective collaboration with the Product Manager, Product Owner, Architects, and other key stakeholders to help shape the roadmap and ensure delivery of project goals.
- Manage the solution development budget, ensuring consistent delivery and excellent returns on investment.
- Lead work planning activities using collaborative and dynamic processes - prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team.
- Use appropriate quality assurance processes to ensure that all aspects of solution development are carried out in accordance with the agreed standards, methods, and procedures.
- Coach and maintain a high-performing, cross-functional team comprising solution SMEs, test analysts, business analysts, infrastructure engineers, and other technical specialists.
- Primary escalation point for the team, resolving impediments and working to continuously improve delivery, driving for consistent, predictable, high-quality deliverables.
- Lead supplier engagement for the delivery team, managing and building highly productive supplier relationships.
- Participate actively in the Delivery Manager community sharing skills, knowledge, and best practices.
- Stay current with your understanding of the fast-changing technology market and ensure we are aligned with current best practices.

- Business priorities change rapidly, we’re looking for a manager with experience of adapting and pivoting to the changing landscape.
- Enabling delivery through timely and high-quality team activities is key to our success. We’re looking for an individual who is experienced in running effective project delivery teams.
- We aim to achieve high levels of productivity, eliminating manual tasks through automation wherever possible. We’re looking for an individual who is focussed on continuous improvement with a ruthless drive for automation.
- Building a capable, engaged workforce is critical to effective delivery. We’re looking for a leader who enjoys supporting, mentoring and developing our people to fulfil their potential.
- You’ll bring a business-centric mindset, with experience considering delivery, cost, and quality and always seeking to understand the value of our solutions, and how your services and products underpin this value.
- Experience of working with nearshore and offshore teams an advantage.
