Content Analyst - German Language

Institutional Profiles Content is responsible for the information relating to participants in the investment marketplace including both firms and investment professionals at Investment Management Firms (buy-side) and Research Firms/Investment Research departments of Investment Banking Firms (sell-side).

A Content Analyst - German provides support in the day-to-day operations of the Company Data group. The role oversees the delivery of outstanding content and world class service experience by bringing accurate, complete, and timely data through LSEG breadth of expertise. The ideal Content Analyst is a growth minded team player with strong analytical and customer service skills. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for database administration and sourcing of exchange and contributed data.
• Responsible for delivering timely, complete, and quality data as per expected performance standards.
• To be up to date with the latest collection policies & procedures and other significant developments pertaining to different markets which would impact data collection. Proactively identify, escalate and resolve data problems.
• Responsibility of analyzing client queries, performing root cause analysis and partnering with Service to resolve cases and address similar issues.
• Suggest improvement ideas on the collection tools, internal processes and should suggest permanent fixes as well as on-going actions for preventing client queries.
• Lead or assist in special projects or specialized tasks related to Ownership and Profiles, Officers and Directors, and/or other content data.
• Collaborate with the global team and the data provider to provide high quality data to our clients.
• Cultivate a learning and positive work environment.

Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in German with the ability to accurately translate into English
• Experience working in similar or related industry is desired but is not required.
• Must have high level comprehension skills
• Well-developed analytical skills to problem solve and develop solutions.
• Technical skills will be appreciated.
• A great team player & positive attitude towards work; resilient to changes.
• Demonstrate strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Able to challenge existing processes and lead change.
• Candidate should be open to work in shifts
