Key Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of financial activities, including accounting, financial analysis, audit, tax, credit and collections
- Develops and evaluates financial plans and policies
- Establishes and maintains accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls
- Performs routine tasks with increasing speed and accuracy.
- Requires less frequent supervision and begins to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Demonstrates better understanding of internal processes and can support slightly more varied tasks.
- Has no discretion to vary from established procedures by performing structured work assignments.
- Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems.
- Receives instruction, guidance and direction from more senior level roles.
Requirements:
- College or university degree holder or the equivalent work experience
- Has conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices.
