1. Drive NPI execution readiness across the portfolio, ensuring new solutions are launched with clear value propositions, enablement assets, commercial guidance, and operational alignment.
2. Build a deep understanding of AEC customer workflows, buying journeys, adoption barriers, and value-chain dynamics to ensure portfolio initiatives translate into practical customer and partner outcomes.
3. Connect customer needs, product capabilities, channel requirements, service motions, and field feedback to influence portfolio and solution priorities, ensuring strategy choices translate into actionable execution plans.

6. Drive portfolio integration across products, software, services, AI-enabled workflows, partner capabilities, and go-to-market motions to create coherent solution offerings that are easier to sell, adopt, and scale.
7. Support monetization, pricing, packaging, recurring revenue, and ecosystem activation efforts by aligning Product Management, Business Planning, Sales, Services, and channel stakeholders.
8. Develop and maintain integrated value propositions, messaging frameworks, and customer outcome narratives that articulate clear value for customers, partners, channels, services, and internal stakeholders across the full value chain.
9. Act as the connective tissue across Product Management, Customer Experience, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Business Planning, Operations, Services, and channel teams to align priorities and remove execution barriers.
10. Create launch briefs, business inputs, readiness plans, stakeholder updates, and decision materials that help teams execute with clarity and speed.

12. Define and track launch readiness, adoption, enablement, and solution performance metrics, using customer insights and business analytics to improve execution over time.
13. Partner with worldwide sales and marketing teams to prepare go-to-market motions, sales enablement content, training materials, objection handling, and activation playbooks.
14. Bring a market challenger mindset by identifying where HP can disrupt incumbent workflows, sharpen differentiation, and position emerging solutions to win in fast-evolving AEC and construction technology markets.
15. Monitor construction technology, workflow digitization, AI, automation, cloud platforms, and ecosystem trends to identify implications for enablement, readiness, and customer adoption.
16. Act as a catalyst for execution by connecting products, capabilities, partners, sales motions, and teams into a coordinated value chain that delivers differentiated customer solutions and a compelling end-to-end value proposition.
