- Organise and coordinate pharmaceutical destruction campaigns in line with the site Waste Management SOP, including list preparation, approvals and coordination with external partners (COPFR, Geocycle).
- Initiate purchase orders and E-pay payment requests in Ariba, and process and reconcile supplier invoices through KOFAX in collaboration with Finance.
- Participate in the implementation of new PARs (Packaging Artwork Requests), including codes creation.
- Participate in the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) process, raising and following up SCARs and supporting supplier quality monitoring.
- Support inspection readiness (AMMPS, RQA, Internal and Client audits) and use Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP) systems and reporting tools within a complex, multicultural matrix organization.
- Prepare the periodic controlled-substance AMMPs reports based on accurate SAP data extraction and reconciliation.
- Manage AMMPS import/export permits for materials and finished goods, including controlled substances.

- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
