📋 Job Responsibilities

✅ Welcome and seat customers in a warm and professional manner.
✅ Ensure smooth operations within your assigned service area.
✅ Set up and replenish tableware, cutlery, and dining essentials.
✅ Take food and beverage orders and serve them efficiently.
✅ Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
✅ Follow the restaurant's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and suggest improvements when appropriate.
✅ Maintain high standards of customer service, personal grooming, hygiene, and work performance.
✅ Ensure the quality of food and beverages served meets company standards.
✅ Attend pre-shift briefings and team meetings.
✅ Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor.
