Inside Sales Representative, Electronics

Eaton’s Electronics Division is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join its team. This remote role can be based in Arizona, Colorado, or Texas. This exciting opportunity provides an opportunity to serve as a key point of contact for internal sales teams and external customers while supporting order management, quotations, pricing, forecasting, and pipeline activities. The role offers broad exposure across sales, product marketing, quality, finance, and customer service functions.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $56,000 - $83,000 a year.

## What you’ll do:

Responsible for sales support functions for internal & external customers to meet monthly sales plans

Job Responsibilities

\- Main contact for internal sales team and external customers for order and quote support.

\- Provide sales support ensuring customer satisfaction, value and growth.

\- Manage customer contacts and account information as well as activities.

\- Coordinate special price requests with external customers, sales team, product managers, finance and customer service team.

\- Configure formal quotes and project sample requests and follow up for orders.

\- Manage special price renewal process for assigned territory

\- Create and distribute various sales reports from SAP, Business Warehouse and Salesforce

\- Track pipeline, design activity, quotes and sample requests.

\- Monthly rolling forecast and inventory reports to ensure adequate inventory to meet current and future demands.

\- Coordinate with product marketing, engineering, quality and other appropriate departments for product support and solutions to customers.

## Qualifications:

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 3 years of Sales or Customer Service experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• No relocation assistance will be provided for this role. Candidates must currently reside within Texas, Colorado, or Arizona. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

• Experience managing sales related functions.
