What’s on offer?
We're looking for a full-time Tender Submissions Coordinator to join our tendering team ideally working out of our Campbelltown Office however options to work out of either the Dapto or Thornton Office may be available for the right candidate. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with our regional teams by coordinating the preparation, management and submission of high-quality tenders, proposals and capability documents. Working closely with operational, commercial and leadership teams, you’ll play a key role in ensuring submissions are delivered on time, meet client requirements and showcase Fulton Hogan’s capabilities and values. You’ll be part of a supportive team environment where no two days are the same.
What you’ll do?
Coordinate the preparation, formatting and delivery of tender submissions, proposals, pre-qualifications and expressions of interest.
Collaborate with operational teams and subject matter experts to gather content and supporting documentation that meets client requirements.
Manage submission schedules and deadlines, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately, compliantly and on time.
