Why this role matters
As a Senior Designer within the Marketing Division, you are responsible for translating business goals into impactful visual solutions. Working with a high degree of autonomy, you create user-focused, brand-aligned, and high-quality design experiences while ensuring consistency, scalability, and excellence across all design initiatives, customer touchpoints, and business needs.
🌐 Own the end-to-end website design lifecycle, from research and discovery through launch, optimization, and continuous improvement.
The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus. In case of relocation, we offer full relocation support for you and your family to make your move smooth and worry-free.
What you'll actually do

- Create high-quality design solutions that effectively communicate business objectives.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, engaging, and impactful visual experiences.
- 🌐: Design responsive websites, landing pages, digital experiences, and interactive interfaces.
- 🌐: Create layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Ensure consistency across all creative outputs and customer touchpoints.
- Apply and evolve brand guidelines while maintaining exceptional visual quality.
- 🌐: Ensure digital experiences consistently reflect the brand across complete user journeys
- Create design solutions that improve customer experience and support measurable business outcomes.
- Apply user-centered thinking throughout the design process.
- Continuously improve creative quality using stakeholder feedback and performance insights.
- 🌐: Conduct UX research and competitor analysis.
- 🌐: Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- 🌐: Design accessible and intuitive user experiences following usability best practices.
- 🌐: Design and optimize experiences with conversion goals in mind.
- 🌐: Participate in experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative optimization.
- 🌐: Improve designs using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral insights.
- Contribute to improving design processes, workflows, and team efficiency.
- Create reusable templates, assets, documentation, and best practices.
- 🌐: Build, maintain, and evolve scalable Design Systems.
- 🌐: Create reusable UI components, libraries, and documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
- 🌐:Partner closely with Product Managers and Developers throughout implementation.
- 🌐: Prepare production-ready specifications and developer handoff documentation.
- 🌐: Review implemented designs to ensure design quality and pixel-perfect execution.
- Continuously adopt modern AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
- 🌐: Use AI for research, wireframing, prototyping, image generation, and rapid landing page creation.
- 🌐: Utilize AI-assisted coding tools for prototyping and front-end experimentation.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- UX/UI certifications are considered an advantage.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality design solutions within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual excellence, creative thinking, and problem solving.
- Experience designing complex websites, landing pages, or digital products.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, UX, or CRO teams
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of web design best practices, UI/UX principles, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., Tilda, WordPress) and an understanding of the technical requirements for OpenAI search optimization.
