The role:
As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:
Lead pricing analysis and contribute to the development of pricing strategies and frameworks across Johnson Matthey’s product and service portfolio, helping to maximise value and profitability.
Develop and enhance pricing models, business cases and analytical approaches that support strategic decision-making and long-term business objectives.
Analyse pricing performance, profitability and market trends, providing clear recommendations that influence commercial decisions across products, customer segments and regions.
Own and continuously improve pricing reporting, KPIs and dashboards, delivering meaningful insights that support business performance and visibility.
Partner with stakeholders across Commercial, Product Management, Technology and Finance to drive pricing initiatives and support the successful delivery of pricing transformation activities.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase automation and strengthen pricing capabilities across the organisation through a data-driven and continuous improvement mindset.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Experience developing pricing models, business cases or analytical frameworks that support commercial performance and business growth.
A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to take ownership of complex initiatives and drive them through to completion.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence decisions and present recommendations to senior audiences.
Experience with reporting and working with large datasets and analytical tools, including SQL and Power BI, support data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of Microsoft Business tools ecosystem would be beneficial.
A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge existing approaches, enhance processes and support business transformation.
