In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of our company by ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Apply customer payments and maintain accurate account records.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding invoices, payments, and account inquiries.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures and reporting.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an accounts receivable, accounting, or bookkeeping role preferred.
