## The impact you’ll make
Lam Research is seeking a strategic and execution‑focused Senior Director, Order Fulfillment Management (OFM) to lead Order Execution and represent all GP&O functions in the Asia region, including Systems Planning, Order Management, and Spares Planning.
In this role, you will own order execution from commitment through shipment, ensuring predictable, high‑quality customer deliveries, while acting as the senior GP&O leader in Asia. You will partner across Sales Operations, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics to align planning, execution, and business operations in support of customer commitments.
This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for delivering on customer commitments while building scalable organizational capabilities and cohesive regional leadership across GP&O functions to support Lam’s next phase of growth.
## What you’ll do
Lead Global Order Execution & GP&O Representation
- Lead Order Execution teams across Asia (Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan) and partner globally
- Represent all GP&O functions in the Asia region, including Systems Planning, Order Management, Spares Planning, Quality, and Business Operations
- Own execution of system and upgrade orders from commitment through shipment and closure
- Serve as a senior escalation point for customer, operational, and cross‑functional issues
- Serve as the primary connector across global, site, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution
- Advocate and reinforce GP&O priorities, roles, processes, and decision authority at the site
Deliver Operational Excellence
- Drive performance against key metrics including On‑Time as Committed (OTAC), On‑Time to Plan (OTTP), and related KPIs
- Ensure tight integration between planning, execution, quality, and business operations to improve predictability and speed
- Lead cross‑functional execution across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Logistics
- Deliver a strong Customer Delivery Experience through responsiveness, innovation, and operational rigor
- Ensure consistent execution across functions and eliminate silos
Partner & Influence
- Act as the senior GP&O interface to regional and global stakeholders in Sales Operations, Product Management, and Manufacturing
- Drive alignment and execution in a highly matrixed organization without direct authority
- Influence senior leaders with clear, data‑driven insights and recommendations
Build, Develop & Scale the Organization
- Develop a high‑performing, globally consistent OFM organization with strong regional leadership
- Strengthen decision‑making at the point of execution across GP&O functions
- Build structure, capability, and talent pipelines to support growth and complexity in Asia
- Support talent development, succession, and an inclusive, scalable organization
Drive Transformation
- Lead initiatives to improve speed, quality, cost, and efficiency across the fulfillment network
- Translate enterprise strategy into disciplined, repeatable execution across sites and functions
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
## Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10–15+ years in global operations, manufacturing, or supply chain leadership
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and order fulfillment
- Customer-centric mindset focused on delivery and outcomes
- Proven success in a complex, matrixed global environment
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior executives
- Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- English fluency

- Experience in semiconductor or similar advanced manufacturing industries

- Travel: ~20%
- Requires collaboration across global time zones

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
