Our “Supply Chain Management” business unit is responsible for all supply chains. This also includes purchasing and warehouse logistics. What you can expect

• You will take ownership of Läderach Korea’s supply chain and quality assurance operations, ensuring stable product flow, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness across retail and pop-up locations
• You will manage the end-to-end import process, including MFDS clearance, customs coordination, product documentation, and Korean labeling compliance
• You will work closely with global headquarters, customs brokers, logistics providers, warehouse partners, Retail, and other internal stakeholders
• You will oversee demand planning, inventory availability, replenishment, aging stock, write-offs, and BBD risk management
• You will lead quality issue investigations, corrective actions, storage and transportation compliance, and the maintenance of QA and operational procedures
• You will play a key role in establishing scalable SCM and QA processes as the Korean business expands.

What we expect from you

• You bring a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in supply chain management, import operations, food compliance, quality assurance, or a comparable function
• You have hands-on experience with Korean MFDS import clearance procedures and a practical understanding of Korean food labeling and imported food regulations
• You demonstrate strong capabilities in demand planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, and warehouse operations
• You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel and operational data management
• You are capable of working independently, establishing robust processes, and taking end-to-end ownership in a growing organization
• You possess strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• You are fluent in Korean and have business-level English proficiency for regular collaboration with global headquarters and international partners
• Experience in premium food, FMCG, retail, imported consumer goods, HACCP, ISO 22000, or food safety audits is considered an advantage.
