Team Overview

We are looking for an Operations Analyst Intern to support the growth and performance of our merchant base through data-driven insights. This is an entry-level, hands-on role designed for students who are eager to learn how strategy, operations, and analytics come together in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will be part of a team focused on B-side product experience, working closely with cross-functional partners such as Business Development, Product, and other internal stakeholders. Throughout the internship, you will gain practical experience analyzing data, understanding local market dynamics, and contributing to strategic initiatives that improve merchant supply quality and sustainable growth.

Role Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Insights: Support the team in marketplace data analysis, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Assist in building and maintaining reports, automated dashboards, and analytical models to monitor merchant supply quality and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Business Development, Product, and other cross-functional teams to support the execution of strategic projects and process improvements.
• Optimization & Problem Solving: Help identify operational bottlenecks and growth opportunities by applying structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Role Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with an expected graduation date around December 2028.

• Technical Skills: Fluent/Proficient in Python or SQL (experience with data manipulation or analysis is a plus).

• Languages: Fluent in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

• Core Competencies: Highly responsible, meticulous, and possesses a strong data-driven mindset
