Function Owner Leader

Mission

The Function Owner Lead (FO Lead) has to ensure that the delivered system fulfills the customer requirements and expectations in respect to end customer function(s). The Function Owner Lead reports to the System TPM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth communication between the project team and customer in regards to the customer end functions

• Align/agree on customer requirements, drives and tracks the continuous development progress, reports the status and finally drives the release process of the customer end function(s).

• Support the requirement management process (customer to system and SW requirements) for the particular customer function(s) as defined in the RMP.

• Manage the Functional Core Team and ensures the alignment of all involved development Metiers such as Function Owners, SW Architect, SW Project Manager, SW and System Test Lead, Functional Safety Engineer, SW Requirement Engineer

• Ensure that SIQs mapped in his/her function(s) are answered

• Responsible for Functional decomposition and ensures one Function one spec concept is deployed

• Contribute to the Functions scope inside the System Release Plan for his/her customer function(s)

• Establishe and monitors an aligned timing with the customer Interface and the Functional Core Team for each internal and customer release.

• In case of deviations define together with the Functional Core Team countermeasures. In case the Functional Core Team cannot solve the issue by itself escalates the topic to the System TPM and provides adequate information and proposals for decision making

• Manage the change management process in terms of QCT for all changes related to his/her customer function(s). Following

• the decision of the Change Control he/she manages the implementation of the change (see above).

• Knowledge of Front Camera functions

  • LxA

  • ISA

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of function owner or Function owner lead experience
