In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to channel partners, vendors, and internal sales teams by leveraging platform insights, industry knowledge, and solution expertise to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable business outcomes.

If you're passionate about technology, sales enablement, customer engagement, and helping partners grow their business, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Increase partner engagement and utilization of Xvantage tools, services, and capabilities.
  • Support initiatives focused on customer acquisition, pipeline development, solution adoption, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Analyze platform trends and provide recommendations that improve partner performance and business outcomes.

Solution & Sales Enablement

  • Develop expertise across a portfolio of technology solutions, products, services, and vendor offerings.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned customers, vendors, or solution categories.
  • Create and deliver sales collateral, presentations, training materials, and enablement resources.
  • Educate internal sales teams and external partners on solution positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay current on technology trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.

Support Revenue-Generating Activities

  • Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
  • Assist with pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, business consultations, solution presentations, and proposal development.
  • Contribute to pipeline generation and revenue growth through strategic customer engagement.

Build Strong Customer & Vendor Relationships

  • Engage proactively with customers to understand business objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
  • Deliver tailored recommendations that drive customer success and business value.
  • Collaborate closely with vendor partners to stay informed on new products, promotions, programs, and marketing initiatives.
  • Strengthen vendor and partner relationships to maximize mutual growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, customer success, channel sales, partner enablement, or solution consulting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to build trust and deliver exceptional service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within the technology, IT, SaaS, cloud, distribution, or channel partner ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of technology solutions, platforms, managed services, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or related technology categories.
  • Experience supporting partner growth, sales enablement, customer adoption, or business development programs.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, sales analytics, and data-driven decision making.

Why Join Ingram Micro?

  • Be part of a global technology leader at the forefront of digital transformation.
  • Work with industry-leading vendors, partners, and innovative technology solutions.
  • Gain exposure to cloud, cybersecurity, AI, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  • Influence partner growth, customer success, and revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Collaborate with talented teams in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
