Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Treatment Coordinator/Front Office Administrator for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a full-time employee with a minimum of 2 years experience as a front office administrator. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and a team player. The front office team work cohesively with each other and the back to provide our patients with the information required for making informed decisions regarding their oral health care. Having a positive attitude is a must.

 

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

Job Duties will Include (but are not limited to):

• Patient communication
• Insurance verification
• Treatment planning and presentation
• Orthodontic treatment planning
• Maintaining a full schedule in hygiene and clinical
• Patient follow up
• Account calls
• Daily front office functions: Answer phone, check in, check out, and payments
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on dental front office experience is highly prferred
• Knowledge of Dentrix software
